What is Luminate?
Luminate is the platform we built and run for customer apps. Each customer has their own sign-in and their own access settings, and apps are switched on per customer. Engineering is the work of building the app you need on top of it.
How is Luminate Engineering priced?
You get a written proposal and a price before anything is built. If you want to understand how it is made up, we will walk you through it line by line.
Who owns the data?
You do. We will export all of it whenever you ask, in a format you can use.
